Terms & Conditions

General

Those in charge of the child/children are solely responsible for the control, care and safety of their child/children at all times. The Nurture Nook (the Organisation, we, our or us) cannot accept any such responsibility.
 
Under no circumstance will The Nurture Nook take responsibility for loss or damages to personal possessions during a messy play session.

It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to ensure the child/children do not interact with any material/food substance that may cause an allergic reaction to their child/children. (The packaging of food products are avaliable on request if the parents are unsure of the ingredients).
 
We make every effort to supply items that are either edible, non-toxic/ hypoallergenic. However we advise that all materials provided, including foodstuffs, are not to be consumed by the babies/toddlers as some products (despite being edible) may present a chocking hazard. We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, allergic reaction or illness found to be directly attribute from any product or item provided. It remains the responsibility of the parent/guardian in attendance for supervising the children they are accompanying.
 
We regret we are unable to provide refunds for non-attendance. Places may be gifted to a friend if unable to attend. Refunds will only be provided if the class leader has to cancel classes.

Parents are asked to not attend classes with their child if:

  • Has a fever or has had one in the previous 24 hours

  • Has had an upset stomach or diarrhoea in the previous 48 hours

  • Has heavy nasal discharge

  • Has discharging eyes

  • Has symptoms of a possible communicable diseases such as:

  • Measles

  • Chicken pox

  • German measles

  • Whooping cough

  • Impetigo

  • Scarlett fever

  • Hand, foot and mouth disease

  • Norovirus

We cannot offer a refund for a missed class due to illness.

By entering your details on the Nurture Nook website you consent to your contact details being stored on our systems. Your details will only be used to confirm/inform you about changes to your booking. They will not be shared with 3rd parties. You will only receive marketing emails if you tick the consent box on the booking page. Please see our privacy policy for full details on how we use your data.

The Nurture Nook has a commitment to ensure that the equipment and activities are value and worth to everyone regardless of race, culture, language, gender, age, experience, religion, background, ability or disability. We ask that everyone attending classes is respectful to all other attendees. Any acts of racism, homophobia or any other form of discrimination will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Videos, Photographs and Confidentiality

Please be sensitive of taking pictures of others without their permission. Please let us know if you do not want your child's pictures to be used in marketing and social media on the booking form.​

Changes to Terms & Conditions

The Nurture Nook reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Website and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the Terms & Conditions on your first use of the Website following the alterations.
